A PVD. :( It\'s a \'posterior vitreous detachment\' which just means the jelly in your eye pulls away from the retina a tiny bit, but you get this flashy ripply sparkly line in your sight that doesn\'t go away with blinking or anything. It\'s not a serious thing at all, not like a retinal detachment, it\'s just very irritating as it takes a while to go away. Sometimes lying down in the dark helps which is what I did but it kind of ruins the start of your day. :(

Realizing one of my most favorite multiplayer games ever (Team Fortress 2) is currently broken. This happened with World of Warcraft too. Blizzard made an art of breaking everything and making it look good. So it saddens me to see this happening again. I\'m a dork I know.

I am outside the US, Scotland in fact. The site has been back up since about 11pm GMT. I have deleted the file I downloaded and I\'ve watched act 1 & 2 on the site. You have my word I\'ll not d/l it again (itunes d/l is US only) & I will defs buy the DVD release. I get the idea, I\'m just weak man.

I can\'t do the iTunes thing. not an Apple fan, and I understand you have to keep iTunes on to view what you\'ve paid to own from them. Wish there was another way to buy them online. Will definitely get the soundtrack and DVD of this.

It's just an internet backgammon game that is part of windows, like mind sweeper, solitaire, and hearts. Sadly you can't chose your opponent. it just randomly matches you with people from all over the world.... all of which just quit with you bugger them.

I put bags of clothing out by the road this morning, as instructed, for a charity pick up, then hauled them all back to the house, an hour after it started snowing, because once again, they didn't pick them up as they said they would. They will probably call in the morning before I get up, tell me they are sorry they couldn't make it when they said and could I please leave clearly labeled bags and boxes out by the road again. Of course all the clear labels I did make are soggy wet messes! :mad:
